We are an AI-first company, developing a modern technology platform for marketplaces powered by advanced artificial intelligence and data. Our customer portfolio includes Hjem.no in Norway, and as part of our expansion and growth in Sweden, we are now building a new sales center in Helsingborg. 

This sales center will play a key role in our growth journey, supporting the launch of a new marketplace platform for the Swedish real estate market. 

 

About the role 

As Head of Sales Center Sweden, you will have the overall responsibility for building, leading, and scaling our inbound and outbound sales operations. The primary focus will be on establishing a proactive outbound sales organization, while ensuring strong structure, performance, and quality across inbound sales. 

You will lead a growing team in Sweden and contribute directly to shaping how we build our commercial operations, digital customer communication, CRM usage, and digital sales processes. 

The role is based in Helsingborg, but we are also open to remote candidates based in Sweden. 

 

What you’ll do 

  • Lead and scale the inbound and outbound sales team in Sweden 
  • Own sales performance, KPIs, pipeline management, and lead follow-up 
  • Drive proactive outbound B2B sales towards professional customers in the real estate industry 
  • Ensure efficient use of CRM and structured lead management 
  • Plan and execute initiatives to improve hit rate and conversion 
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and marketing teams 
  • Contribute to building our digital customer communication and digital sales setup 

 

Who we’re looking for 

  • Proven experience leading sales teams, preferably within B2B 
  • Strong background in outbound and proactive sales 
  • Experience with pipeline management, CRM, and performance follow-up 
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to combine strategy and execution 
  • Experience from real estate, PropTech, or marketplaces is a plus 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
