Swedish property investor Erik Selin has acquired eleven percent of Zrch Group Plc. The investment follows approximately a year of due diligence.
Erik Selin founded Fastighets AB Balder in 2005 and built it into one of Sweden’s largest listed property companies. He stepped down as chief executive in May 2026 and remains a major shareholder and chairman of the board.
The investment was reported in an interview with EFN on 21 August 2026.
