Zrch is an international technology company specializing in building marketplace technology with embedded AdTech. 

We are an AI-first company, developing a modern technology platform for marketplaces powered by advanced artificial intelligence and data. Our customer portfolio includes Hjem.no in Norway, and as part of our expansion and growth in Sweden, we are now building a new outbound sales team. 

This team will play a key role in our growth journey, supporting the launch of a new marketplace platform for the Swedish real estate market. 

About the role

As an Commercial Sales Specialists, you will work with proactive, phone- and digitally based sales towards professional customers within the real estate industry. 

You will be part of a newly established team in Sweden and contribute directly to building our commercial presence in a new market. The role is primarily focused on the Skåne region, but we are also open to remote candidates based in Sweden. 

What you’ll do

    • Proactive outbound B2B sales via phone and digital channels 

    • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close 

    • Sell to professional decision-makers within the real estate market 

    • Work with clear targets, pipeline ownership and commercial responsibility 

    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver strong customer value 

Who we’re looking for

    • Proven experience in outbound B2B sales 

    • Strong commercial mindset and business understanding 

    • Confident communicator with the ability to build trust and close deals 

    • Experience from real estate or PropTech is a plus 

    • Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
